Each list can be available to everyone, limited to a smaller group of voters or even available to activists only; posting to a list can be similarly restricted. We can also import details from existing databases or spreadsheets at any time.


2. Users are in control


People can choose how they want to work. Messages can be received, new content posted and instructions issued (e.g. to suspend membership during a vacation) by the method that they find most convenient:


Users can choose to receive HTML or text emails. They may browse and search an archive of messages, using powerful fuzzy logic and 'sounds like' features. They may also choose only to receive material on certain topics.


3. No viruses, no spam, no leaks


The system has a number of security features built in as standard - and the ability to switch on many more:


It is also possible to block subscriptions from certain domains or, alternatively, to give them automatic access (e.g. we might pre-authorise any email with a campaign address). You may also filter content for offensive words and block attachments of certain types, such as executable files.

A limit may also be placed on the size of individual messages or the total number posted in a given period.


4. Useful information for your campaign


The team can use the system to obtain information relevant to the rest of the campaign. It might, for instance, require all potential subscribers to fill out a questionnaire or download regular analyses of how people are using its lists.
